According to Salespulse.net’s recent IT Survey results have identified the strengthening of a trend that Momentum Technology Partners** calls “Cloud Stall” which describes continued spending delays as CIO’s and Service Providers perform lab trials, RFPs, etc. to evaluate their strategy in response to the rapid change the technology industry is undergoing for XaaS. We believe CIO’s will have to determine the best next steps and give in to the ever increasing pent up demand that has been building for internal and external requirements. This concept was also recently mentioned in a Lazard Capital newsletter to their investors. Cloud stall as we have defined it and quoted now twice is real and an accurate way to describe the current state of the Enterprise IT market.
